The staff were accommodating and gave a warm welcome with flexible check-in and check-out; the room felt cozy and included an additional bed when upgraded, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of food options.

It's a stones throw from the beach and has a reasonable sized pool which has a very good deep end. Rooms are extremely basic but have everything you need for a short break.

The breakfast was rubbish, the cereals were stale and the sausages etc looked boggin. We ended up just going to one of the many cafes for toasties, so don't let the breakfast included part of the deal sway your decision.

The waiter at the hotel restaurant was very friendly and helpful. The staff's spoken English was very good. The room was clean and the sea view from the balcony was amazing.

Enjoyed this hotel, had 7 nice sunny days here. The rooms were spotless and adequate, the staff was best. A microwave oven, tea and coffee making facilities, and refrigerators were a big plus. It was based in really nice building in an unbeatable and fab location, is accessed by various sets of steps located along the promenade. The view was magnificent, the service was exceptional.

The breakfast had a lot of variety to choose from. the room was recently refurbished with fresh clean towels, making for a very pleasant stay.

The location is good, just 2 minutes from the sea. You can actually hear the sea staying in your room at night. The staff is friendly and helpful. My room was had a separate entrance from the garden which was nice.

Wifi doesn't reach the room, you should come work at the lobby. The light in the room was a bit dim, it wouldn't hurt to have more light. But there were minor inconviniences, overall everything was good.

I was particularly pleased with my room.It was clean, comfortable & spacious.I also found the reception staff & maid very kind & helpful

I think that that dining room could be a bit bigger as most mornings it would struggle to cope with the guests so sometimes they would have to wait for a table to become vacant.

This was my second stay at Los Jazmines. It was as good as the first time and I will most likely return.

Soundproofing is poor between rooms. Not a problem if one doesn't have to get up for an early flight. There is no early breakfast/coffee for those that have to catch an early flight. Sorry, but a poor coffee machine doesn't make it!

The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, the room was recently renovated with modern amenities, and the bed was very comfortable.

It offers stunning location and has decent staff at the reception desk. You'll need 10 minutes to walk to La Rumba with nice drinks.

Breakfast is so-so. As always impossible to book specifically for one double bed... which means that most probably, you and your wife will have to sleep each on its own bed...

Flowerbeds and general areas were very well maintained and beautiful. There was a very relaxed atmosphere. Staff, particularly Leo in the restaurant, were generally friendly and helpful without being intrusive.

The size of our room was very disappointing. We asked for a triple and were squeezed into a very small twin, which was dark and airless. Disappointing as we were on a hen do and the hen was in this room with us whilst the others had much more spacious, light rooms and we all paid the same.

The reception staff here were amazing, and the apartment was bright and inviting.
